As a result of significant international growth and increased regulatory requirements within the sector our client is looking to hire a number of positions within their Legal, Compliance & Regulatory function.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor global legal and regulatory developments and document requirements relevant to company operations.
- Assist with implementing internal controls and governance procedures to ensure compliance.
- Manage compliance and governance projects, including risk assessments and audits.
- Maintain key compliance records such as decision logs, audit logs, and information management policies.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement and test online safety tools, focusing on product safety metrics and roadmaps.
What we are looking for:
- Candidates with experience in legal or compliance functions.
- Experience working in a regulator, technology or media company.
- Legal or Compliance qualification
- Experience managing compliance and legal projects is highly desirable.
- Meticulous in documenting and maintaining compliance records.
- Experience working with software development and cross-functional teams (nice to have)
- Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in online safety and product management (nice to have)
