Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator
Location: Appleton, Warrington
Salary: £27,500 per annum bonus
Shifts: Monday- Friday 08:30- 17:00hrs
Contract Type: Permanent





Our client, a leading supplier of quality products, are looking for an experienced Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.

As a Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring customer journeys are smooth and successful by providing excellent customer service.





As the Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator, your duties will be: -

Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone
Accurately and promptly input customer orders on to company data bases.
Assist with providing quotations.
Collaborate closely with all departments, ensuring the smooth running of orders and inform customers of any delays.
Follow up calls to customers, identifying potential business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships and be knowledgeable on new and existing products.
Provide regular reports





The successful Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator will have the following skills: -

Must have previous experience within a similar role.
Good level of numeracy and IT skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive can-do attitude
Excellent attention to detail
Confident in providing excellent customer service.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers & suppliers.
