Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Bishops Stortford

Salary: 25,000 + commission

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

About Our Client:

Our client, a leading company in the Pharmaceutical & Health Distribution industry, is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join their team. With over 20 years of experience, our client specialises in providing bespoke distribution services and market strategies to manufacturers, working closely with wholesalers, pharmacies, GP surgeries, and hospitals.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively acquire and develop new business through outbound telesales
• Manage the target customer database
• Provide professional and timely handling of customer inquiries
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product range for efficient customer engagement
• Process orders and generate accurate quotations
• Achieve daily and monthly targets
• Follow established procedures for tasks and requests, including logging, processing, and progress chasing inquiries
• Complete various departmental administrative tasks as required by the business

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Previous telesales experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to identify needs and opportunities
• Experience in working towards targets and deadlines
• Proactive and hardworking with a "can-do" attitude
