Role Description
This is a 3-4 month fixed term Sales Manager role at Tonteria in Chelsea, London. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related maximising revenue, including:
- Pro-active sales for events, table bookings and club entry
- Conversion of private hire event enquiries
- Venue show rounds
- Hosting clients and tables
- Promoting and booking Christmas parties
- General promotion of the club
- Assisting with event creation, planning and operation as needed
- Managing client relationships
Requirements
- Knowledge of the nightlife or entertainment industry is required
- Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
- Experience in client relationship management
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
The important parts
- Full time, fixed term role, based on 40 hours per week
- Salary 30k plus target based bonus
- Must be flexible to work late evenings/club hours and events (generally Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights) and well as daytime as required for client meetings, site visits etc
- Working with nightclub manager
