Head Chef - Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Chef
• Branded experience is a must - Pubs or Restaurants
• Able to develop and motivate a team in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Communicate effectively at all levels
• Planning and organising skills
• Excellent attention to detail and standards
• Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach to your work
• Excellent commercial skills

Head Chef - Responsibilities

• Motivating, coaching and developing the team
• Ensuring excellent levels of communication between the team
• Ensuring high food quality is maintained
• Ensuring all health & safety standards are adhered to managing stock control
