Parts Advisor

Cridfords Porsche independent specialists are looking for a new Parts Advisor.

We are looking for an organised individual with good computer skills, preferably have experience in the role or industry with a minimum mechanical knowledge and have a current driving licence,

The role as a Parts Advisor:

• You will be responsible for ordering parts for our busy 6 ramp workshop,
• Assuring we are paying the right prices
• Maintaining levels of consumables including the sale of old stock.
• You will also be responsible for carrying out parts audits,
• Ensuring stock levels and prices are updated and correct,
• Pre picking in good time for jobs and
• Providing our team of technicians with everything they need to carry out their daily duties without delay.

This role will also cover our busy service department when required. ie holidays sickness etc.

Requirements as a Parts Advisor:

• Knowledge of parts and use of Dealer Management Systems/Dragon software would be helpful but equally we are willing to provide training to the right candidate.
• We require excellent people skills for this role as you will spend much of your day building rapport with parts suppliers and with our team onsite.

Salary is dependent on experience.
