In-house Real Estate Lawyer Dual Qualified Scotland / England Renewable Energy Developer Remote working (with 3 consecutive days a month in London office) or 3 days a week London office Exceptional opportunity for a real estate lawyer, qualified in Scotland and /or England & Wales to work for a rapidly scaling, PE backed renewables developer. The company is well funded and has a strong pipeline across Scotland and England. Working closely with the senior management team you will lead on due diligence, Title reviews, Heads of terms, option agreements and supporting M&A activity. You will also have the opportunity to broaden out your experience supporting the business with a wide range of commercial contracts.
