Team Manager for Learning Disabilities

Interviews are set to take place w/c 4th November.

Reporting into the Community Service Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Learning Disabilities team.

About the Team Manager for Learning Disabilities role:
  • Overseeing assessments for Social Workers and Senior Social Workers
  • Day to day running of the team including 6 direct reports
  • Deputise for Service Manager when needed
  • Provide duty management across CLDS
  • Working across multi-disciplinary teams

Your previous experience as a Team Manager for Learning Disabilities:
  • Registered Social Worker
  • 3 years Learning Disabilities experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Strong leaderships skills
  • Able to come in and hit the ground running.

You must have Learning disabilities experience within a Local Authority to be considered for this role.
