Excellent opportunity for a building surveyor to move to a unique public sector role where you will be given autonomy, variety, technical challenge and chances to progress.

In this role you will be managing a number of medium sized projects up to 500k. This will include leading design teams, managing contractors on site, carrying our dilapidation inspections, Carrying out defect inspections and Specification writing.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a sounds knowledge of building construction, be RICS or CIOB qualified and have a background in private estates or commercial.

The role:
Covering 43 builds over 7 acres.
Manage medium size projects up to 500K.
Working with the design team
Managing contractors on site.
Carrying our dilapidation inspections
Carrying out defect inspections
Specification writing
Modifying building for disables access and sustainability

The person
Building surveying experience.
Experience dealing with private estates or commercial buildings.
RICS qualified or CIOB
