Construction Planner
Location: Hertfordshire / London / Remote
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 + Package

This is a unique opportunity to join one of the UKs most successful tier 1 main contractors, with the opportunity of rapid personal growth as they are excellent at promoting within.
The successful candidate will initially be overseeing several sites which will include: Commercial, Life Sciences, Education and more. The projects you would be working on are based either in London or Hertfordshire.
Remote working twice a week is also offered!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide planning service for proposals and projects.
- Ensure company best practice and protocols are adhered to.
- Leads meetings and forums for planning staff within the specific division.
- Challenge and review processes to enhance planning best practice that can aide and improve performance and consistency across the business unit and wider planning community.
- Ensure that planning standards become a key strategic advantage to the business unit
- Review projects that have deviated from plan and provide advice on original plan and strategy, subsequent cause and effect and contribute to decisions as to best way forward.
- Develop relationships with consultant, suppliers and contractors.
Key Skills:
- Experience with ASTA
- Degree Educated
- Tier 1 main contractor experience
- Experience working within Commercial, Life science, Education, Phama, Labs, New Build, Cut & Carve or Refurb schemes
- Excellent written and communication skills.
