JOB TITLE: Fabric Engineer / Facilities Engineer/ Handyman
LOCATION:Site based - Portland Street, London

SALARY: 36k 25 days holiday, pension

Good customer services skills, well presented and articulate
You will have experience of working on building maintenance contracts previously, remedials to basic plumbing and building fabric including painting & decorating, floor tiles, doors, door handles, minor carpentry etc

JOB INFORMATION - Fabric Engineer / Facilities Engineer/ Handyman

As a maintenance Fabric Engineer / Facilities Engineer/ Handyman based on a luxury office block you would be responsible for the general building maintenance & fabric maintenance such as plastering, tiling, painting, minor plumbing, water testing, ppms of HVAC equipment, site compliance etc
You would work alongside a mechanical engineer and an electrical engineeer as part of a 3 man team.
