Clinical Lead - Unit Manager

Bright Selection is delighted to be working with a High-end Luxury care provider in the appointment of a Nurse qualified Unit Manager for their newly opened home in Bromley.

Responsibilities include:

• Offer leadership in the teaching and training of other staff members within the nursing team and among care staff as directed, assessing trainees where required.
• Offer leadership in maintaining all nursing records and keeping the residents Care Plans up to date.
• Assist in conducting pre-admission assessments for potential new residents.

Requirements

• Qualified nurse (RMN/RGN) with current NMC Pin
• Previous clinical leadership position within an elderly care home setting.

• Comprehensive understanding of COSHH, CQC and other relevant legislation for the provision of care for older people

Remuneration and benefits

• 55,000 - 58,000
