Site Lead - FTC- 12 months

Role Overview: We're seeking a hands-on, customer-oriented professional to lead installation projects for material handling systems. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site operations, coordinate with project managers, and ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Interact professionally with customers and site contacts
2. Provide regular updates to project management
3. Adhere to site-specific health and safety protocols
4. Manage on-site deliveries and inventory
5. Verify received materials against documentation
6. Report discrepancies or damages promptly
7. Lead installation teams with a hands-on approach
8. Align project tasks with overall schedules
9. Conduct or coordinate acceptance and reliability testing
10. Maintain installation quality and report issues promptly

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Proven experience in conveyor system installations
2. Comfort working in public-facing environments
3. Knowledge of industry-standard quality control practices
4. Familiarity with construction site safety regulations
5. Proficient in using computers for document management
6. Ability to interpret technical drawings and documents
7. Supervisor CSCS card
8. Worked with conveyor systems.
