• Salary – £60,000 - £65,000

Key Responsibilities as a People Business Partner

• Responsible for supporting the delivery of people related policies and practices.
• Creating employee experience frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into tangible outcomes/initiatives.
• Coach managers on formulating effective goals, performance targets and development opportunities.
• Manage promotion and pay cycle processes.

Core experience, Qualifications, and Skills

• 5 years minimum generalist HR experience.
• Experience managing HR projects to tight budgets and strict deadlines.
• Level 5 CIPD
• Renumeration and reward experience.
• Experience creating employee experience frameworks.
