A manufacturing and production client of ours in the Colchester area are recruiting a Sales and Marketing Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am - 1.00pm. Paying 28,000 per annum depending on experience. This company are happy to consider part-time candidates for the right person.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Processing sales orders
  • Answering customer calls
  • Generating quotes and following up with customers
  • Completing despatch paperwork and booking shipments
  • Responding to routine customer queries
  • Managing and updating our pricing spreadsheets
  • Updating and maintaining CRM systems
  • Managing and updating the company website
  • Generating social media content
  • Any other admin tasks as required


Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Sales and Marketing Administrator position:

  • Excellent Microsoft office skills including Excel
  • Capable of using publishing software
  • Experience in using Wordpress
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills
