Our client are a key player in their sector, committed to driving excellence. As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team, working closely with the Operations Division to deliver strategic HR support.


Role Summary:


The HR Business Partner will be integral in aligning human resources initiatives with the division’s business goals. This role involves working alongside senior leadership providing strategic HR advice and hands-on support across various areas such as talent management, employee relations, and organisational development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Partner with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the division's objectives and drive business success.
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and support on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent practices across the division.
  • Change Leadership: Facilitate and manage organisational change initiatives, supporting leaders and employees through transitions.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to implement performance management processes that drive high performance and accountability.
  • HR Analytics: Use HR metrics and data analysis to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the operations division complies with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Culture & Engagement: Foster a workplace culture that aligns with company values and enhances employee engagement and satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Solid HR experience within a true HRBP role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in leading and supporting change initiatives.
