Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Enterprise Sales

Salary: £35,000 base + £35,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission) + Equity Potential

Our client is a rapidly growing company that’s revolutionising the way businesses manage their corporate identity through cutting-edge digital business cards and identity management software. Their solutions are designed to streamline operations for large enterprises, and they're looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help them expand into even more enterprise accounts.

The Role:

As their SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities by booking meetings with high-level decision-makers at large enterprise companies. This isn’t your average SDR role – you’ll be working strategically, mapping accounts and collaborating closely with your Client Partner to ensure meetings are targeted and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect enterprise-level accounts using a targeted, strategic approach
  • Cold call, email, and engage potential clients to generate high-quality leads
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of enterprise businesses and their needs to tailor your outreach
  • Collaborate closely with your Client Partner to map accounts and create personalised outreach strategies
  • Book and schedule meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Own your performance – track and report on KPIs, and optimise your outreach to maximise results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to enhance your messaging
