As the Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Understand, evaluate, analyse and document business processes.
- Validating business needs, identifying gaps between business needs and standard salesforce functionality.
- Executing projects relating to new Salesforce developments.
- Develop, document, and fully execute test plans to assess business processes, module functionality setups, and modifications, enhancements / customisations.

The successful Salesforce Business Analyst, will have the following related skills / experience:
- Knowledge in using and deploying sales cloud and service cloud with its associated functionality.
- 1-2 years business analyst experience with 1+ years of experience in Salesforce technology.
- Previous experience in project coordination and management, planning and scheduling, time management, and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
