Customer Communication Advisors - Havant (Office based) £14.02 per hour - 8-month contract

Our client, a well-known energy firm, is looking to hire multiple Customer Communication Advisors for a large project based in Havant. This is an 8-month contract with the possibility of extending it although this is not guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicating effectively with customers about planned power outages
• Addressing customer's concerns in a prompt and professional manner
• Communicating with engineers and office staff to ensure seamless information flow and service delivery
• Be able to support during bad weather conditions and be flexible with working hours

Skills and Required Experience

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident in discussing vulnerabilities and support options with customers
• Flexible approach to working hours and ability to support during adverse weather conditions

This is an 8-month contract working from the office based in Havant. It is working 37 hours a week between the following times: Monday to Friday, 8am to 10pm, and Saturday, 8am to 5pm.
