Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager with a strong background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) project management to oversee and lead our diverse construction projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the construction industry, particularly in managing the technical aspects of M&E, ensuring the smooth delivery of complex projects, and driving operational excellence.

As a Senior Site Manager at Antvic Ltd, you will be responsible for coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that health and safety regulations are upheld and that all aspects of the project, especially M&E elements, are executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage site operations for a variety of projects, focusing on both residential and commercial sectors.
  • Oversee M&E installations on site, ensuring all mechanical and electrical works are executed in line with specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the project team (architects, engineers, contractors) to ensure seamless communication and coordination across all phases of the project.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Drive innovation by integrating modern construction technologies and best practices in site management.
  • Liaise with clients and key stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and addressing any concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and performance, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained.
  • Manage and mentor junior site staff, fostering professional development and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Identify and address any potential risks or issues that could impact project delivery and implement corrective measures as necessary.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Site Manager, with significant exposure to M&E projects in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to manage complex M&E installations.
  • A track record of delivering residential and commercial projects on time, within budget, and to high standards.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration.
  • In-depth understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Proficient in construction management software and tools, as well as familiarity with emerging construction technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Site Management or M&E disciplines (e.g., SMSTS, NEBOSH, etc.).
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
