Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our team and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing operations within the fire protection industry and a passion for driving excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the business, including project management, resource allocation, and service delivery.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals, providing mentorship, training, and support.
Financial Management: Monitor and control operational budgets, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of growth strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior operations role within the fire protection industry.
Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering exceptional results.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.
