Are you an experienced Income Officer looking for an exciting opportunity with a well-established organisation?

Join this team on a 3-month temporary basis and make a significant impact by delivering exceptional income recovery services. You'll be at the forefront of maximising income collection and managing financial risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Income Collection
  • Managing Financial Risks
  • Applying Knowledge of Legislation
  • Account Management
  • Enforcement Actions

Required Skills:

  • GCSEs Grade A-C including English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Proven ability to negotiate payments and collect debts
  • Understanding of GDPR, Confidentiality Issues, and Safeguarding
