The role:

As a Data Analyst at Bauer Media Audio, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams by enabling them to use data effectively. Your primary focus will be on the Competitions, CRM, Ad, and Finance data domains, acting as the bridge between business needs and the central data organization. You will empower local teams to make actionable decisions based on data insights, ensuring data-driven strategies and operations.

Key Aspects of the role:

• Act as a liaison between the business units and the central data organization to ensure data solutions meet business needs.
• Gather and refine business requirements for data projects and communicate them effectively to the central data team.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across different data sources and domains.

Tech stack:

• Expert in SQL (Postgres, Cloud SQL).
• Proficient in Python for data processing and analysis.
• Skilled in data segmentation and analysis.
• Experience with data segmentation, data analysis, and developing insightful reports.
• Confident with BI Platforms like Looker or Power BI.
• Experience with web analytics technologies such as Google Analytics (GA4 or UA360) / Firebase
• Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a flexible attitude to managing projects and engaging with senior stakeholders.
