Summary of Role
The role will be situated full time on site (Deeside) delivering a large architectural package for our valued client, and involve strategic planning, resource management, and ensuring project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As the Senior Project Manager you will lead project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements throughout the duration of the project. You will be responsible to our Head of Projects.

Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
SMSTS
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and building codes.

We are open to Freelance or PAYE employment terms. Excellent competitive salary on offer, negotiable dependent upon experience and qualification. Hours to be agreed, but typically 45 per week.
