Job location: Reading/Maidenhead/Slough/Bracknell
This is a hybrid role, providing customers support on-site and remotely in Great London Area.
Responsibilities:
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for computer hardware equipments and software systems
- Maintain and optimize IT/Desktop infrastructure to ensure seamless operations
- Identify, research, and resolve IT issues associated with network connectivity and internet services
- Provide on-site technical service as required, and support remote end-users via telephone, in person, or other means.
- Respond to common inquiries or complaints from users.
- Monitor IT security and manage IT equipments, software licences, and maintain administration systems like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365.
Requirements:
- Good oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server functions and basic networking
- Ability to analyze and identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows workstation, Internet, and server operating systems.
- Bachelor's degree or technical school degree in eletrical engineering, computer science or other IT related fields.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects/assignments.
- UK Driving license is preferred.
