We are looking for an experienced ICT Engineer who has good ICT Deskside Client and Network infrastructure skills, strong customer service and communication skills and good problem-solving skills, to join our organisation.
Key Accountabilities
- Attend schools onsite each day and provide cover where required onsite and remotely via the ICT Service Desk.
- Experienced in user and issue resolution of all O365 applications and Google Workspace.
- Be able to participate in IT Projects in all aspects of school networking and security.
- Ability to assess situations quickly and implement a recovery process with either temporary fixes or a more permanent solution to anything from a server or switch failures to floods and internet failure.
If you can demonstrate the following, we'd love to hear from you:
- You will have a proven ability to work with others to deliver and manage a wide range of programmes & projects to meet our customer and third-party objectives.
- You will be an experienced, hands-on, engineer who has a good working knowledge covering small organisations or school networks.
- Confident with an ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing particularly with internal business users and external vendors.
- Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS and a Right to Work in the UK.
