Project Manager - Shell & Core - Mian Contractor

We currently have an exciting opening with an award winning Main Contractor/Developer for a Project Manager to work on large residential development in Central London.

This a fantastic opportunity for a project manager to make their mark on a landmark development, and take the reigns on planning and handover of shell and core, civils, and infrastructure elements of the project.

This position will have guaranteed long term work in Central London, with the chance to work for a reputable business, with career progression and stability.

You will oversee the shell and core aspects of the project through from conception to completion and will have a strong team around you. Your main responsibilities will be operational delivery, client liaison, health and safety and of course quality. It is preferred that you have worked for a groundworks/rc frame contractors and have a successful track record in delivering such schemes

Requirements:

• Programme conscious
• Commercially conscious
• Engineering Background
• Experience managing shell and core on large residential schemes
