Job Title: Residential Conveyancer
Location: Newcastle
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 (Dependant on experience)
As a well-established and respected legal firm specialising in property transactions, we offer high-quality conveyancing services across the UK. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Conveyancer to join our dynamic team. We are committed to providing a sense of community throughout the firm. The successful candidate will manage property transactions and contribute to the firm's reputation for excellence in conveyancing services
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Conveyancing Transactions: Oversee and manage the conveyancing process from inception to completion, handling transactions efficiently and effectively.
- Client Interaction: Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring a smooth and transparent conveyancing process.
- Document Preparation: Draft, review, and finalise legal documents related to property transactions, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, to ensure seamless workflow and client satisfaction.
- Focus on Legal Work: Benefit from support within the team, allows you to concentrate on client interactions and legal responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Fee earning/case handling experience in conveyancing
- Skills: Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using conveyancing software and other relevant legal technology tools.
