Here at ISS, as a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider, we are looking to develop our strategy around Asset Management by recruiting an Asset Strategy Lead to help create, an end to end Asset plan and then implement it across various accounts within public and private sectors

You will lead, develop and support the implementation of our end-to-end Asset Management and Critical Environments Management (CEM) framework for our UK&I business aligned to the ISO55001 standard, ensuring consistent and quality outcomes, alignment to ISS systems, and client-focussed outputs (compliance, quality, uptime).

This role will take a pivotal, central role in the business, and subsequently will need to consider technical, commercial and operational needs, best suiting a Subject Matter expert in Asset Management within the built environment, but also possessing an ability to influence and drive change

This is a role, that practices a hybrid approach, home based with regular UK travel across company and client offices

Actions will include:

• Lead the development of company Asset Management strategy end-to-end
• Ensure our protocols and systems are fit for purpose and deliver consistent, predictable outcomes
• Act as a central SME for the business
• Act as the central point of contact for developing the relationship with strategic service providers
• Act as a lead consultant in the implementation of our Asset Management and solutions end-to-end in contract mobilisations.
• Training and mentoring of our technical community, ensuring consistent application of our central processes and methodologies.
• Support more widely with the innovation, development and implementation of technical FM solutions within the business

We need from you:

• Extensive Asset Management capability within the built environment, having been involved at a Strategic level across existing accounts and mobilisations/transformations
