FINANCE DIRECTOR

The Finance Director will report to the Director of the company and be responsible for the development of a financial strategy.

1. Presentation of financial information to the Director
2. Monthly and annual financial reports
3. Manage budgeting and forecasting
4. Financial analysis
5. Communicate with third parties such as auditors
6. Compliance and regulatory
7. Advice and filing of grants such as R&D tax credit
8. Other projects when required

1. You should have at least 10 years experience as a Finance Director.
2. You should have experience working with SaaS based companies or consultancies.
3. You will need good communication skills and experience working with a small business.
