About the Role


At an exciting time to join Score’s Wellhead Services team, we are looking for a Service/Repair Co-ordinator to support the processing of all service and repair jobs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
  • Sending enquiries for price and delivery to suppliers
  • Drafting quotes for clients for all service & repair jobs
  • Liaise effectively and develop relationships with clients to support contract delivery
  • Opening of service and repair jobs on ERP system
  • Keep accurate data/records for each client to support operations, ensuring that databases are correctly populated with essential information.
  • Prepare quotes and relevant paperwork for invoicing according to Score procedures
  • Liaising with goods In / SQC departments to resolve all issues with products
  • Carrying out review and approval of client purchase orders via the contract review procedure
  • Creating and checking of supplier purchase requisitions and order acknowledgements
  • Checking and updating of client status reports
  • Liaise with workshop & Project Engineers on daily basis to discuss any issues
  • Assist & support with the preparation of proposals and tenders as required
  • Converting all service & repair jobs and updating records on company’s ERP system
  • Updating service & repairs quoting registers
  • Ensure timely close-out of onshore and offshore operations to facilitate efficient invoicing
  • Attending regular internal / external meetings as and when required
  • Invoice service / repair jobs as required
  • Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business


Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role
