Qualifications

- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, track financial performance, and handle administrative responsibilities.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in operational systems and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, inventory management tools).
- A strategic thinker who is also hands-on, able to inspire and manage a small team while driving the brand’s operational success.
