Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an experienced Technology Support Engineer in Portugal at Curo Support Services Ltd. The Technology Support Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, conducting research and development, and utilizing analytical skills. While the role is located in Rayleigh, remote work is also allowed.


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong Communication skills ( English )
  • Experience in Technical Support especially Microsoft platforms
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Microsoft acreditations desirable
