  • Design end-to-end solutions and roadmaps that address complex business challenges.
  • Assess and recommend technology architecture frameworks, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable architectures.
  • Guide and mentor technical teams through solution delivery and system integration processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in security, governance, and architecture.
  • Lead architecture reviews, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and digital trends to continuously drive innovation.
  • Provide thought leadership and architectural advice during pre-sales and bid development processes.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within an IT consultancy or similar environment.
  • Strong expertise in developing enterprise architectures for large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • In-depth understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and API-driven architecture.
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate or similar.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in aligning IT strategies with broader business objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to lead and influence teams across multiple disciplines and functions.
  • Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance standards.

Desirable:

  • Certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g. TOGAF) or cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
  • Experience in specific industry sectors such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary and generous annual leave & benefits package.
  • Flexible working arrangements with a mix of remote and on-site opportunities.
  • Access to cutting-edge technology and high-profile projects.
