French Payroll Specialist

A leading group are seeking the services of a 1st class French Payroll Specialist to join their busy team.

Working within the Shared Service function for EMEIA, you will play a key role within the Payroll function and look after the French Payroll.

*Please note - you will only be considered for this opportunity if you are a French speaker and available within a month*

Payroll Specialist - Key responsibilities:

• Processing of high-volume French payroll.
• Statutory payments - Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, PAYE and National Insurance etc
• Processing of Year End procedures.
• Provide 1st line support for payroll queries.
• Liaise with HMRC when required.
• Process Tax Code changes.
• Ability to process manual calculations.

Payroll Specialist - Essential:

• 2-3 years' experience working in a busy payroll function.
• Expert of French Payroll legislation.
• Fluent in French & English
• Payroll qualification preferred.
• Ability to work on own initiative, working within a team and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task.
