CRM Manager – High-Growth Womenswear.

Up to £60,000

London – Hybrid, 3-4 days in the office


Fella & Jones are delighted to partner with a rapidly expanding women's D2C brand, redefining the online shopping experience for fashion-forward consumers. With a focus on customer-centricity, innovation, and premium products, this brand is committed to delivering outstanding value and unique experiences to its growing customer base. As they continue to scale, they are looking for a talented CRM Manager to drive customer retention, engagement, and long-term loyalty through data-driven CRM strategies.


As the CRM Manager, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of CRM strategies using Klaviyo to increase customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
  • Design and implement customer segmentation to target key audiences with personalised, timely, and relevant communication across email, SMS, and other channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM campaigns that align with the brand’s overall growth objectives.
  • Utilise customer data and analytics to optimise automated workflows, nurture journeys, and re-engagement strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and use data insights to refine future CRM initiatives.
  • Stay on top of industry trends in CRM, retention marketing, and D2C strategies, ensuring the brand remains competitive and innovative.
  • Report on key CRM metrics, including customer lifetime value (CLV), retention rates, and churn, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager within a fast-growing D2C brand, ideally in fashion or a related industry.
  • Expertise in Klaviyo or similar CRM/email marketing platforms, with a strong track record of delivering data-driven results.
  • Deep understanding of customer retention strategies, lifecycle marketing, and personalised communication.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and translate insights into effective marketing actions.
  • Excellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns and deliver on tight deadlines.
