Information Technology Support Engineer

Cloudway Talent is proudly support the expansion of an IT Support and Service Centre in Swansea (Wales) and Newbury (England) and is searching for IT Support Engineers based in either location.

You will be working on the delivery of IT support services for a variety of customer stakeholders based locally, supporting M365, Meraki WiFI, Networks and Hardware needs.

They are searching for a proven IT Support Engineer who can work on-site, covering a range of L1, L2 and L3 services.

Experience required:

• Demonstrable experience in neworking WLAN, WAN, LAN configuration
• Knowledge of Windows Desktop support, and knowledge of AD/365
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Previous work experience in a similar role
• Experience of service management toolsets for remote working
• Fluency in English

The position is designated for contractors/freelancers and is INSIDE IR35. It offers long-term, stable working and the chance to progress technical skills with access to paid for certifications and training.
