Job Purpose:
- As a Sales Coordinator, you support our sales team of Golf Travel Experts with the preparation and coordination of custom, small group, and cruise itineraries
- While there is no requirement to do so, the Sales Coordinator role has proven to be an excellent training ground for those who wish to progress to a career in sales as a Golf Travel Expert with PerryGolf, typically within a 12 to 24-month period
Key Duties:
- Preparing custom tour itineraries utilising company software
- Arranging client invoices and final travel documents
- Coordinating dining reservations, caddies & other special requests
- Gathering international air travel information from clients
- Collating client notes and arrival & departure information for PerryGolf field staff including hosts, drivers and airport greeters
- Managing waitlist enquiries
Desirable Experience & Traits:
- Knowledge of and/or interest in golf and travel considered a plus but not required
- Experience working in office administration and following procedures
- Confident user of Microsoft Office365 suite of products (Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook in particular)
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- An ability to work independently, and collaboratively as part of a team

Job Location:
- Full-time, office-based position in PerryGolf’s office in Helensburgh, Scotland
