Commercial Account Handler

What will you be doing as a Commercial Account Handler:
Working with a range of customers across the region to support their insurance needs, duties will include:

• Developing relationships with new and existing commercial clients from all sectors
• Helping customers get the right insurance for their business
• Responsible for the full insurance cycle of your customer accounts
• Handling all renewals, mid-term adjustments and claims

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• Strong experience in a similar Commercial Account Handler or Broker role
• Exceptional customer care skills
• Very strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with Word, Excel and Outlook
• Team player
