Building Surveyor

Job description

On behalf of our client, a social housing contractor, Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Building Surveyor for a contract role.

The Building Surveyor Role will include:

Post inspections of social housing maintenance repairs and planned works, damp, subsidence, structural inspections in occupied and void properties.

Complete and deliver technical reports directly to internal teams and contractors.

Liaise with management and support staff throughout the surveying process.

Logging all works on PDA.

Candidates Must Have:

Social housing post maintenance and repairs surveying inspections.

Health and Safety legislation knowledge

Surveying qualification or experience

Technical knowledge of a wide range of housing stock

Extensive Knowledge of Building Maintenance and diagnostic techniques

Full UK Driving Licence

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
