Company Description

LuxAI is a globally known innovator in the field of assistive robotics, dedicated to transforming the lives of autistic children and those with other special educational needs through advanced AI and Robotics technologies. Our flagship product, QTrobot for Special Education, is scientifically validated to enhance engagement and reduce anxiety in learning, supporting the development of social, emotional, language, and cognitive skills.

We are a passionate team driven by the belief that technology can make a meaningful difference in the world. Join us on our mission to make a significant impact in the world of education and human-robot interaction. With our headquarters in Luxembourg, we are creating a global presence starting with our London and New York offices. This role is for our UK office; similar roles for our US offices will be announced soon. Applicants interested in future US opportunities are encouraged to get in touch.

Your Responsibilities

As the Head of Sales and Partnership Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving LuxAI's market penetration and revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve rapid market expansion in the UK.
  • Directly engage in sales activities: prospecting, conducting demos, and closing deals.
  • Secure strategic partnerships with major education and therapy providers.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and develop effective sales tactics.
  • Represent LuxAI at industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and generate high-quality leads.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to the CEO.
  • Develop and manage the sales team as the company grows.
  • Shape the sales strategy in collaboration with the CEO and other C-level executives.
  • Travel extensively throughout the UK to attend exhibitions and to meet clients, and to LuxAI headquarters in Luxembourg quarterly as needed.

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years of sales and business development experience in the UK.
  • Extensive network within the UK education or therapy sectors, particularly in selling technology solutions to schools or therapy institutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully launching new products or entering new markets.
  • Strong strategic planning, market analysis, and team management skills.
  • Experience in the EdTech or healthTech, particularly in assistive technology, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (Hubspot) and other sales enablement tools.
  • A proactive, 'hunter' mentality with a focus on driving new business.
  • Preferably located in the London area or NorthEast.

Why Work with Us

At LuxAI, we offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment where innovation and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. By joining our team, you will:

  • Be part of a mission-driven company making a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.
  • Work with cutting-edge AI technology and contribute to groundbreaking research in human-robot interaction.
  • Enjoy competitive compensation packages, including performance-based incentives.
  • Have opportunities for professional growth and development, with the potential to take on larger roles as the company expands.
  • Collaborate with a passionate and dedicated team, where your ideas and contributions are valued and celebrated.
  • Benefit from flexible work arrangements and a supportive company culture that promotes work-life balance. While you’ll have the option to work from home some days, this role requires significant travel to meet our potential customers and clients.

Join LuxAI and be a part of an exciting journey to revolutionize education and therapy for children with special needs. Together, we can create a brighter future for all.
