Hours: Full-Time

Salary: £24,000

About the role:

Our Recruitment Team is expanding and we have a new role available for a Recruitment Assistant! In this role you will be required to assist the Recruitment Team with various tasks in order to provide an efficient Recruitment service to the business. You will work closely with the Recruitment Senior & Recruitment Coordinators on a daily basis to provide administrative and recruitment support.

This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to start their career in recruitment, you will be mentored and developed by our existing team!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drafting and issuing employment contracts for new hires.
• Facilitating a seamless onboarding process for new employees.
• Verifying right-to-work documentation to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Following up on outstanding new hire documents to ensure smooth processing.
• Collaborating with field operations teams and hiring managers to support recruitment efforts.
• Coordinating and organising interviews for prospective candidates.
• Providing additional support to Recruitment Coordinators as needed.
• Assisting with various recruitment and HR-related project initiatives.
