Your Role as an Engineering Manager will include:
Lead and Develop Multi-skilled Maintenance Team
Delivery of CAPEX Projects
Maintain & Improve CMMS
Onboarding and Training

The successful Engineering Manager will need:
Automation & CAD Experience
Lean & CI Techniques (SMED, FMEA, FTA, 5S)
Heavy manufacturing background
Commutable to Nottingham
