We are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with one of our Developer clients in East London. My client builds homes in London and South-East of England and made over 50m in revenue in 2023. With over 50 years in the industry, my client has focussed on providing the very best new build homes possible.

The initial project will be the demolition of a low-rise housing estate. The estate is subject to plans for redevelopment as my client has recently acquired the land and would like to bring it up to a modern luxury standard.

About the role:

• The candidate must have experience in valuations and plots.
• Responsible for managing the expenses of building projects
• Using knowledge and experience in building contracts negotiations.
• Find suppliers and contractors based on budgets and building requirements.
• Provide commercial support to the project team
• Maintain commercial information
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements
• Managing a team of 6 Quantity Surveyors
