• Lead the new product development process from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and bring cutting-edge products to life.
• Oversee the development lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to final production.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful product launches.
• Analyse market data and customer feedback to continuously refine and enhance product offerings.

What you'll need:

• Proven track record in new product development, preferably within a consumer goods or manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management abilities, creative problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of product lifecycle management.
• Relevant degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with additional qualifications in product development being a plus.
• Innovative thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
