Warehouse Supervisor

We are recruiting an experienced warehouse supervisor for a client based in Stafford Park, Telford. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including unloading/loading multiple trailers.

- Manage a team, ensuring efficient and effective operations while upholding professional standards.

- Handle a range of single asset furniture items from chairs to sofas to tables.

- Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock records.

- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment despite the challenging conditions.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

- Adhere to the use of our in-house software SmartED-i at all times and ensure all team members use it efficiently.

- Supervise workbenches for breaking down assets into component parts for use in our workshop, including recycling when required and loading assets into donationations

- Work closely with the Operations Manager and, at times, the Crate Management and Workshop Controller to ensure seamless operations.
