Our client is a global supplier in mixed-signal and analog products for various markets, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer to focus on NPI for their automotive portfolio.
Responsibilities for the Senior Test Engineer:
- Drive NPI meetings with analog and digital DFT techniques from TFMEA
- Develop High speed test solutions on both wafer and package level for Advantest V93k
- Collaborate with Product Engineering teams for ATE Characterisation
- Develop high quality test solutions to far shore OSATS
- On-going test coverage and yield improvements for KPIs
Requirements for the Senior Test Engineer:
- Automotive mixed signal testing experience
- Working knowledge of ATE (ideally V93k) for Wafer or Package level testing
- Cross-functional team collaboration with design, product, characterisation, validation, applications, marketing, reliability and Quality Assurance teams
- Define and review T/P/D FMEA
