They are seeking enthusisatic and compassionate LSA's to work on a 1:1 basis with children who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Their goal is to offer tailored support to help each child thrive academically, socislly and emotionally

As a 1:1 LSA, you will:

• Provide individual support to a child with SENd, focusing on their specific needs.
• Assist in the implementation of personalised learning and support plans.
• Work closely with teachers, SENCo, and other support staff to ensure the child's inclusion in the classroom.
• Foster a positive, nurturing environment to promote the child s engagement and progress.
• Monitor and report on the child s progress, adapting strategies as necessary.
• Encourage the development of social skills, independence, and confidence.

The successful Supply Teaching Assistant will have:

• Level 3 or equivalent
• Primary School experience in the UK
• Good communication skills
• A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
• Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and small group basis
