We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Manager to help drive our commercial activities, shape our strategic direction, and contribute to our ongoing success.


Role Overview:

As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that align with Manx Healthcare's goals. You will build and manage key client relationships, work cross-functionally with internal teams, and help drive new revenue streams. You will play a critical role in promoting and expanding our business activities, ultimately ensuring our growth in the generics and OTC sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies in line with company objectives
  • Analyse market trends and create business plans to capitalise on commercial opportunities
  • Manage client relationships, including acquiring new customers and maintaining existing accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, quality, regulatory) to ensure business success
  • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Deliver on agreed sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Gather and feedback relevant industry insights to the team
  • Innovate commercial tools, such as Salesforce, to support the growth infrastructure
  • Attend pricing reviews and ensure competitive pricing strategies
  • Lead by example and support the overall strategic direction of the commercial team



Education & Experience Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in generics and OTC markets
  • Proven track record as a business or commercial manager
  • Solid understanding of performance reporting and commercial awareness
  • Strategic thinker with excellent organisational skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • BA/BSc in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience

  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to represent Manx Healthcare effectively with customers and industry stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet business requirements
