We are currently recruiting for a fantastic organisation who are looking for Family Court Advisor's on a full-time, permanent basis. Cafcass is a vital organisation that supports children and families involved in family court proceedings. As a Family Court Adviser, you'll play a crucial role in safeguarding children and ensuring their best interests are at the forefront.
Your new role

Provide high-quality safeguarding and child protection advice to the court.

Assess and analyse the needs of children subject to or involved in family proceedings.

Influence parents to focus on the child's well-being.

Support the courts and local authorities in improving children's lives.

Be a skilled negotiator, advocating for children's voices in court.

Maintain excellent report writing skills.

What you'll need to succeed

Passion for working in a court-facing role.

Resilience, accountability, and good organisational skills.

Familiarity with IT tools.

Commitment to Cafcass Service Standards.

Social Work Degree or relevant qualification.

Must have relevant UK-based experience.

SWE registered.
